I have been in the food business all my life, starting at 7 years old helping my parents in their food business. At 38 I started making chocolate and kettle candy, then I specialized in caramel, cookies, brownies, and cinnamon buns.
I have always believed in using the best ingredients one can afford. That is why the filling in my peanut butter cups is real Belgian chocolate. With powerful natural peanut butter, how can anyone tell which chocolate you use? I can tell, and it is the same with my vanilla.

We do drop offs and pop ups around the area. Baked goods are delivered within Ontario and Quebec, and our caramel and chocolate ship all over the world.
